| MPS Aqua Marine Products was started in the year 1995 and is engaged in breeding of pure livestock, animal husbandry, dairy farming, pisciculture, poultry rearing and production of livestock feed. In this division a dairy was set up and modern concepts of dairy management were implemented. Crossbreeding of Holstein & Jersey varieties of bulls and cows resulted in producing calves, which when reared under existing climatic conditions possessed much more milk producing capacity as compared to local variety of cattle. |

| The Company has already taken innovative steps like production of biogas from the cattle wastes and production of livestock feed. The Company in the coming fiscal will undertake huge expansion plans like enhancement of cattle range, production of biogas resulting in savings in fuel cost; production of livestock feed on a commercial basis and other variety of milk products to be sold in the market. |
